Aberdeen secured a win over Dundee in the Scottish Premiership on Friday.

Adam Rooney’s goal enough to give Aberdeen a one-nil win over Dundee and close the gap (at the time) to three-points on Celtic. Rooney, with his 16th of the season and fourth in his last three-matches, converted an early Jonny Hayes cross to score what proved to be the only goal of the game on 14-minute but the main thing was it did secure the points ahead of the potentially season defining meeting with Celtic on Wednesday.

The above video shows the highlights from this game at Pittodrie as Aberdeen made it 10-matches unbeaten to know, worse case scenario, it’ll be six-points between them and leaders Celtic when the sides meet on Wednesday.
