The Scottish Professional Football League have now announced the Match Day officials that will take charge of the game against Ross County this weekend.

Aberdeen travel to Ross County on Sunday January 17 for the game at Victoria Park and the match carries a 12.15pm kick off as the game is screened live by Sky Sports.

Referee: Crawford Allan

Match Day referee Allan has officiated two Aberdeen games so far this season – the one nil win over Hamilton in September and the one all draw with Motherwell in October. In those games he showed three yellow cards, all to the opposition.

He has however already taken in eighteen other matches so far in 2015-16 and in those games, across all competitions and football divisions, he has handed out a total of 52 yellow cards and three red cards.

He was most card happy in the match between Peterhead and Livingston in November with a total of eight yellows being shown.

Let`s hope it`s not another repeat and more of our players edge closer to automatic bans.
