Cheeky Lee Miller will not face court as expected after the procurator fiscal declared that the ‘Crown counsel have instructed that no proceedings are to be taken”.

Miller had allegedly bared his bum to Dundee United fans after his old team had defeated Aberdeen 4-2 last month at Pittodrie.

Miller had came on as a sub in the match and predictably received torrents of abuse from the away support who had been none too impressed with Miller`s subsequent switch further north and his contribution of 8 goals in 37 matches during his time at Tannadice but sadly for Aberdeen, that`s better a better average than the 3 he`s managed in 26 games for them.

In fairness, most of those appearances have been from the bench and Lee had looked far sharper recently and should have bagged more than the one he scored against Kilmarnock; Alan Combe denying him with a great save onto the post after Lee`s powerful header.

Lets hope Lee can now get back to his form that had most of the country vying for his services and earned him his only Scotland cap.
