After a great goal that secured the win that the Dons needed to make 6th spot their own, they now head to Glasgow and the focus of UEFA this week,Ibrox stadium for what should be a great match as the Dons hope to end their Ibrox jinx that has not seen the Dons win at Ibrox since 1991.

Scott Severin’s goal gave Aberdeen the Dons their 1-0 win over Hibs and they go into today’s match full of confidence and the last time the sides met at Ibrox the match ended 0-0.

Jimmy Calderwood and his troops should be proud of what they have achieved so far this season but there could be more to come from the Dandy Dons!

One bit of bad news for the Dons this week was the news that Kevin McNaughton will be leaving the club at the end of the season.
Kevin told JC,that he did not want to let the rest of his team mates know until the sixth spot had been sorted out.

Clubs from Norway and down in England are said to be interested in the talented Dons defender.
