Aberdeen have the chance to claim the 6th spot in the SPL if they beat Hibernian at Pittodrie on Saturday.
The Dons know that this will be a hard match as the Hibees bounced back in mid-week from their Scottish Cup Semi-Final thrashing by city rivals Hearts last Sunday,as they came from behind to beat Kilmarnock 2-1 at Easter Road on Wednesday.

Both sides have had a win each this season and both have been the away side that has had the win!

Both teams go into this match with a win under belts and in good form so this has the making’s of a cracker of a match and deserves a full house at Pittodrie.

Aberdeen Manager,Jimmy Calderwood will hope to have an answer to the Kevin McNaughton situation also by the time this weekend is over,so this is a big weekend for all at Aberdeen Football Club.

The players know that they will be hit hard in the pocket if the 6th spot is not secured so it is all to play for at Pittodrie on Saturday.

This week, former Aberdeen hero and now the Manager of Glasgow Celtic, has lead his team to the SPL title and CIS Cup in his first season in charge,so well done to him.
