Aberdeen will be looking to continue their recent good form against a Falkirk team that have not beaten the Dons for 11 years and in 11 matches the Dons have lost one of their last 9 League matches and the Bairns have only recorded one win from their last five League matches.

Jimmy Calderwood has stressed the need for the Dons good form to continue in this match at Pittodrie.
Everyone can see that Aberdeen have improved over the past few matches, beating Hibs,Rangers and Hearts along their long road to recovery but it is the so called smaller clubs that the Dons are having troubles with and that is what is causing Jimmy Calderwood most concern !

Jimmy Knows that John Hughes will have his side well organised at Pittodrie and they may be touch to break down but if the Dons are to finish as high up the SPL table as possible, then these are the kind of matches that are a Must win for the Dons.

Falkirk held Hibs to a 0-0 draw last week and have a Scottish Cup match with the Edinburgh side to look forward to,the Dons don’t have such worries.

This match is so important to Aberdeen as they want to keep up the good run before they have a break then face Celtic at Parkhead on March 4th.
