Aberdeen’s Scottish Premiership season continued with a win against Hamilton at Pittodrie on Sunday.

Celtic are still likely to win (and retain) the title this season but Aberdeen aren’t rolling over and handing it to them, proving this after a dominant three-nil win over Hamilton.

It took just five-minutes for Simon Church, with his fifth-goal since his loan arrival from MK Dons, to head Aberdeen ahead with this two on 15-minutes when Niall McGinn made the most of a defensive error.

The game, which was probably already won, definitely was by the 33rd-minute when Kenny McLean helped himself to his eighth-goal of the campaign to close the gap on Celtic once more to four-points, but they have play a game in hand against Dundee on Tuesday.

These were the other results.

Saturday 2nd April 2016
Celtic 3-1 Hearts
Dundee 5-2 Ross County
Inverness CT 1-2 Motherwell
Partick Thistle 0-0 Kilmarnock
St Johnstone 0-1 Dundee Utd

Sunday 3rd April 2016
Aberdeen 3-0 Hamilton
