Aberdeen boss,Jimmy Calderwood has agreed to sign Dutch defender,Karim Touzani on a one year deal.The 25 year old defender is out of contract this summer and the Dons were one of a number of clubs to show an interest in the defender.
He said,’It would be a good step and is quite happy about Aberdeen’.

This is one of a number of targets that Jimmy has had his eye on,the others being,Derek Soutar,Steven Hammell and David McNamee but no deals have been agreed yet.

Other big Dons news is that Dons captain,Russell Anderson is as expected having his testimonial against English Premiership side,Everton.Davie Moyes will bring his side north of the border on August 8th with a 7.45 kick-off.
Russell follows in the footsteps of Dons legend’s Willie Miller and Alex McLeish who captained the club and both had testimonial matches.

Kevin McNaughton has left the club to join Cardiff City on a free transfer.The Bluebirds are happy that they have landed the Scottish international defender after a two year chase.Best Wishes to Kevin on his move.
